Job Summary
Managing relationships with enterprise customers, the full-time remote Mid-Market Customer Success Manager will ensure successful onboarding, drive product utilization, and own renewals while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers as their primary post-sale contact
- Drive product utilization by aligning capabilities with customer goals and conducting strategic reviews
- Own renewals by monitoring customer health metrics and maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B Customer Success with a proven track record in driving adoption and retention
- Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and subscription renewal processes
- Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, or similar customer success platforms
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to navigate high-stakes conversations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a willingness to dive deep into technical product details
