Job Summary

Owning the post-sale customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage renewals, account expansion, and long-term retention for a diverse portfolio of over 1,000 organizations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the full customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, and renewal strategy
  • Drive upsell and expansion opportunities by identifying new use cases and customer needs
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular account reviews to advocate for customer needs
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and upsells in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with complex software solutions and managing a diverse customer portfolio
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort in leading executive-level conversations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
