Job Summary
To drive skills-based outcomes for clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will lead executive-level conversations, translate customer goals into success plans, and guide customers through workforce transformation strategies.

Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional B2B Customer Success Manager experience
- Expertise in strategic advising and customer relationship management, particularly with C-suite connections
- Proficient in Salesforce, Business Intelligence tools, and MS Office Suite
- Strong operational rigor with the ability to drive data-led insights and decision-making
- Deep understanding of AI-enabled, skills-based environments
