Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional B2B Customer Success Manager experience
  • Expertise in strategic advising and customer relationship management, particularly with C-suite connections
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Business Intelligence tools, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong operational rigor with the ability to drive data-led insights and decision-making
  • Deep understanding of AI-enabled, skills-based environments
