Job Summary
Building and maintaining customer relationships, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager II will manage accounts, provide performance reporting, and support customer retention efforts while leveraging industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts across multiple OEMs and provide monthly product review reporting
- Analyze and review customers' digital performance, completing website edits and troubleshooting issues
- Communicate and implement strategies to meet customers' KPIs and drive retention and growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Google Analytics Certified
- 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently while managing multiple priorities
