Job Summary

Building and maintaining customer relationships, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager II will manage accounts, provide performance reporting, and support customer retention efforts while leveraging industry knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts across multiple OEMs and provide monthly product review reporting
  • Analyze and review customers' digital performance, completing website edits and troubleshooting issues
  • Communicate and implement strategies to meet customers' KPIs and drive retention and growth opportunities
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Google Analytics Certified
  • 2+ years of account management and/or dealership experience
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently while managing multiple priorities
