Job Summary
Owning the complete adoption lifecycle, the full-time Customer Success Manager will collaborate with clients to enhance their use of Cisco software solutions, drive product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and super users to facilitate adoption success
- Conduct adoption workshops to document clients' desired outcomes and create a comprehensive Adoption Success Plan
- Deliver insights on customer success metrics and execute Quarterly Success Reviews to demonstrate value
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in a consultative customer-facing role
- Proven experience in account management with a strong commitment to customer success
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly knowledgeable about technology industry trends and strategies
- Experience with Cisco software solutions is preferred
