Job Summary

Driving customer adoption and expansion, the remote Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, ongoing support, and renewals for clients, ensuring they realize the full potential of the automation platform.

Key responsibilities
  • Leading a first-class onboarding experience and ensuring customer requirements are met within specified timelines
  • Translating technical customer needs to internal teams and providing feedback on product enhancements
  • Developing account plans and proactively identifying risks to customer success, while promoting expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical account management, customer success, or post-sales role at a technology company
  • Experience with SaaS solutions for technical teams, such as cybersecurity or DevOps
  • Ability to uncover problems and translate technical requirements to internal teams
  • Knowledge of APIs and their functionality
