Job Summary
Serving as a post-sale consultative partner, the full-time Customer Success Manager in telecom services will build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, leveraging product expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and drive measurable business outcomes in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring products and services are delivering expected value
- Provide strategic product recommendations and identify opportunities for renewals, migrations, upsells, and cross-sells based on deep industry knowledge
- Monitor and report on customer usage, satisfaction, and success metrics to develop strategic initiatives that foster engagement and retention
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management and support, particularly within the telecommunications industry
- Strong understanding of AT&T products, services, and internal systems
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Experience managing customer onboarding, service delivery, and escalations
- Technical knowledge of telecom products and systems
