Job Summary
To support customer onboarding, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager - Onboarding Specialist will manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they achieve value quickly while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding process from customer sign-on to completion of their first use case
- Manage a portfolio of concurrent onboarding accounts, prioritizing effectively across competing timelines
- Host kickoff calls, workshops, and training sessions to drive platform adoption
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of customer success experience, particularly in a SaaS environment
- Experience onboarding customers remotely
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Demonstrated experience in presenting complex data clearly to address customer needs
- BA/BS degree
