Job Summary
Overseeing the long-term success and growth of existing accounts, the full-time remote Lifetime Customer Success Manager will focus on driving adoption, reducing churn, and ensuring clients derive measurable value from the BoldTrail platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account retention, focusing on renewal readiness and long-term satisfaction
- Conduct strategy and adoption calls to ensure clients utilize key features and achieve their business goals
- Regularly review account health metrics to identify risks and proactively intervene as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related SaaS role managing SMB/MM/enterprise clients
- Experience using Salesforce and customer health dashboards
- Strong relationship-building skills with a strategic mindset focused on retention and value realization
- Ability to manage a large portfolio while staying organized and proactive
- Comfort in managing escalations and guiding customers toward solutions
