Job Summary
Building a post-sales customer success motion, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive product adoption and measurable value for high-velocity customers while creating scalable processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own post-sale success for high-velocity customers, focusing on adoption and value realization
- Define and implement customer engagement models and success plans tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify opportunities for expansion and improve customer experiences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar post-sales SaaS role
- Experience managing commercial, high-velocity, or PLG customer segments
- Strong skills in customer discovery and building success plans
- Ability to operate cross-functionally with various teams including Sales and Product
- Comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
