Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage relationships with insurance agents, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor client communications and respond promptly to inquiries across Slack and live chat
- Conduct monthly check-ins and deep-dive analyses on client accounts to preemptively address challenges
- Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring they are properly set up and utilizing services effectively
Required qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in business conversations
- Willingness to travel to 4 to 8 industry events per year
- Curiosity to learn about the insurance industry, though prior experience is not mandatory
