Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage relationships with insurance agents, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor client communications and respond promptly to inquiries across Slack and live chat
  • Conduct monthly check-ins and deep-dive analyses on client accounts to preemptively address challenges
  • Oversee onboarding for new clients, ensuring they are properly set up and utilizing services effectively
Required qualifications
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in business conversations
  • Willingness to travel to 4 to 8 industry events per year
  • Curiosity to learn about the insurance industry, though prior experience is not mandatory
