Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager who will own post-sales relationships with physician groups and nephrology practices, drive patient retention strategies, and build a scalable customer success function in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the full post-sales customer relationship, ensuring trust and driving adoption among clinical partners
  • Lead patient retention strategies and monitor key metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer feedback into product and process improvements
Required qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services, preferably in health tech or SaaS
  • Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to create reports and dashboards
  • Proven experience in managing renewals and retention metrics
  • Startup mentality with a proactive approach to building and improving processes
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and CRMs; experience in RPM or CCM is a plus
