Job Summary
Proactively managing client relationships, the full-time East Coast Customer Success Manager will ensure clients realize the full value of solutions, guiding them through implementation and providing ongoing support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and partnership
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and strategic guidance to help customers modernize their GRC programs
- Monitor customer health and product usage to drive proactive engagement and improve satisfaction and retention
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in a SaaS or technical product environment
- Understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA) and ability to translate compliance concepts into actionable outcomes
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships with strong retention results
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with data-driven platforms and integrations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for influencing technical users and executive stakeholders
