Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of strategic merchants, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive revenue retention, growth, and long-term success by managing the full customer lifecycle and identifying expansion opportunities in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, retention, and contract negotiations
- Monitor account health and commercial performance to drive long-term merchant success
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to expand merchant relationships
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related post-sale role within SaaS or e-commerce technology
- Proven ability to own renewals, retention, and customer growth objectives
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze account performance and identify risks
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- High emotional intelligence and capability to engage with senior stakeholders
