Job Summary
Owning a defined book of business, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive customer success through onboarding, engagement, and contract renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the overall customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal
- Negotiate and close customer contract renewals while developing trusted advisor relationships
- Identify key metrics around product consumption to optimize and expand customer usage
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience supporting a technical or API product
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing renewals
- Strong consultative approach with customers
- Ability to immerse in the customer's world and understand their goals with data
