Job Summary

Owning a defined book of business, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive customer success through onboarding, engagement, and contract renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the overall customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal
  • Negotiate and close customer contract renewals while developing trusted advisor relationships
  • Identify key metrics around product consumption to optimize and expand customer usage
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience supporting a technical or API product
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing renewals
  • Strong consultative approach with customers
  • Ability to immerse in the customer's world and understand their goals with data
