Job Summary

Driving customer engagement and retention, the full-time hybrid Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of over 400 mid-market fleet accounts, focusing on onboarding, re-engagement, and leveraging automation tools to enhance customer interactions.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market fleet accounts to drive activation rates and sustained engagement
  • Execute targeted re-engagement campaigns to reactivate dormant accounts and restore platform usage
  • Develop and maintain an account tiering strategy using customer health signals and transaction data to prioritize outreach
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or the trucking industry
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of 150+ accounts with strong organizational systems
  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting customer usage signals and account health metrics
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement and automation platforms like HubSpot or Outreach
  • Experience supporting SMB or mid-market customers, with familiarity in fleet operations preferred
