Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Customer Success Manager will partner with a portfolio of K-12 schools to drive software adoption, manage customer relationships, and enhance retention through proactive monitoring and support.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with assigned schools to identify needs and develop strategic account goals
- Build relationships with customers and promote goodwill through various communication channels
- Drive retention by monitoring customer health and addressing barriers to adoption and expansion
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent customer service experience
- 1-2 years of work experience in the SaaS industry
- Experience in high-energy, customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple high-profile accounts
- Industry knowledge of the K-12 private school sector or other education SaaS products is a plus
