Job Summary

Seeking a remote Customer Success Manager, this full-time position will manage relationships with mid-market enterprise clients, focusing on onboarding, implementation, and training to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own relationships with assigned mid-market accounts, serving as the primary contact for implementation and ongoing support
  • Lead client onboarding and configuration projects, collaborating with customer teams for successful go-live
  • Create and deliver training programs while monitoring customer metrics to identify opportunities for expanded adoption
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer success or a similar customer-facing role within B2B SaaS, Mortgage, Lending, or fintech
  • Proven track record at early-stage startups with a minimum 5-year tenure in previous positions
  • Prior account management or customer management experience is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain product features and integrations to various audiences
