Job Summary
Driving customer success in a remote environment, the full-time Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale lifecycle for assigned customer portfolios, focusing on onboarding, retention, and satisfaction while leveraging AI for enhanced decision-making and operational quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships throughout the post-sale lifecycle, ensuring adoption, retention, and renewal readiness
- Develop and execute customer success plans that align customer goals with company offerings, utilizing AI analytics for insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer challenges and improve service delivery, enhancing overall customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Customer Success, healthcare operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and customer success platforms, as well as BI tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with AI-driven tools and analytics preferred
- Understanding of specialty pharmacy and regulated environments is desirable
