Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager focused on client growth and engagement, this full-time remote position will manage client relationships, coordinate engagement strategies, and support operational alignment to ensure long-term partnership success.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned client accounts, monitoring engagement and overall account health
  • Track client activity and coordinate strategic meetings, business reviews, and follow-up conversations to identify expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate account records and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on account activity and client needs
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced professional services, SaaS, or cybersecurity/compliance consulting environment
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level client relationships and facilitate cross-functional communication
  • Experience supporting business growth conversations in a consultative manner
  • High attention to detail with proficiency in CRMs and project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com)
  • Exceptional proactive communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
