Job Summary

Owning the full customer lifecycle, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage end-to-end implementation, technical enablement, and buyer activation while ensuring value realization and customer health.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead detailed project plans from kick-off through hyper-care, minimizing Time-to-Value
  • Coordinate integrations and guide customers in applying best-practice playbooks as a subject matter expert
  • Monitor customer health signals, flag risks, and identify expansion opportunities to support ongoing success
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology implementations or B2B SaaS customer success
  • Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple complex accounts
  • Familiarity with sourcing workflows and supplier management, with the ability to engage credibly with procurement professionals
  • Comfortable with data analysis and translating metrics into business impact narratives
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools, such as Salesforce and Jira
