Job Summary
To support small and medium-sized customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will cultivate relationships, drive product adoption, and collaborate with internal teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer activity to ensure effective use of solutions and drive value
- Engage in onboarding new customers and maintain ongoing engagement throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct Corporate Business Reviews with customers' executive teams to align programs and drive adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Customer Support, or Account Management
- Previous experience in customer service for a software product or related field
- Proven ability to maintain valuable relationships with diverse customer accounts
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
