Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage the onboarding journey for new partners, ensuring smooth implementation of telehealth solutions while fostering long-term relationships and driving partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and project manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring clear communication and timely execution
  • Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for partners by collaborating with internal teams
  • Provide ongoing support and training post-launch, focusing on optimizing integrations and product adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clear deadlines and actions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and metrics such as NPS and churn to inform decision-making
  • Empathy for startup partners and understanding of healthcare concepts
  • Familiarity with healthtech or telehealth terminology is a plus
