Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage the onboarding journey for new partners, ensuring smooth implementation of telehealth solutions while fostering long-term relationships and driving partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and project manage the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring clear communication and timely execution
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for partners by collaborating with internal teams
- Provide ongoing support and training post-launch, focusing on optimizing integrations and product adoption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate clear deadlines and actions
- Proficiency with CRM tools and metrics such as NPS and churn to inform decision-making
- Empathy for startup partners and understanding of healthcare concepts
- Familiarity with healthtech or telehealth terminology is a plus
