Job Summary
Owning a high-touch book of mid-market and enterprise accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will onboard, retain, and grow customer relationships while driving value through consultative engagement and expansion opportunities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and training of new customer accounts, ensuring early value demonstration
- Monitor account health, intervene to prevent churn, and maintain active relationships with stakeholders
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to drive upsell initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5-7+ years in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales SaaS
- Proven success in driving user adoption and meeting net revenue retention or expansion targets
- Experience collaborating with sales on expansion planning and execution
- Strong data fluency to inform account strategy and customer conversations
- Ability to conduct training and support customers throughout their journey without a dedicated implementation team
