Job Summary
Fluent in French and English, the full-time Customer Success Manager for Global Strategic Brands will strategically manage complex enterprise hotel accounts, ensuring successful deployments and fostering long-term partnerships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner of assigned global strategic accounts, maintaining long-term executive and operational relationships
- Coordinate with the Implementation Manager and Sales teams to align work streams with customer goals and drive account success
- Conduct regular executive business reviews to provide insights, surface risks, and identify opportunities for deeper partnership
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- Fluent in French & English
- 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in hospitality technology or SaaS
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
