Job Summary

Fluent in French and English, the full-time Customer Success Manager for Global Strategic Brands will strategically manage complex enterprise hotel accounts, ensuring successful deployments and fostering long-term partnerships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the strategic owner of assigned global strategic accounts, maintaining long-term executive and operational relationships
  • Coordinate with the Implementation Manager and Sales teams to align work streams with customer goals and drive account success
  • Conduct regular executive business reviews to provide insights, surface risks, and identify opportunities for deeper partnership
Required qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • Fluent in French & English
  • 5+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably in hospitality technology or SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
