Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and drive product adoption, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, provide support, and ensure successful implementation of services in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction
  • Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to maximize product usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and drive product improvements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer engagement strategies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively
  • Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
