Job Summary

As a full-time Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will empower leading Consumer Goods, food & beverage, and retail brands to maximize the value of the GoSpotCheck platform by providing hands-on training, strategic recommendations, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption and usage
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing consultation to address customer pain points and optimize platform performance
  • Track customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for account growth and retention
Required qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably with Enterprise clients
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SQL
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with AI/Deep Learning or Image Recognition is a plus
