Job Summary
As a full-time Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will empower leading Consumer Goods, food & beverage, and retail brands to maximize the value of the GoSpotCheck platform by providing hands-on training, strategic recommendations, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption and usage
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing consultation to address customer pain points and optimize platform performance
- Track customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for account growth and retention
Required qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably with Enterprise clients
- Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with SQL
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with AI/Deep Learning or Image Recognition is a plus
