Job Summary
Driving client satisfaction and retention, the full-time salaried Customer Success Manager will manage client relationships, focus on renewals and upselling opportunities, and provide exceptional service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and drive renewals and upsell opportunities
- Utilize sales expertise to expand revenue in existing customers through effective cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain regular contact with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure they see value in their investment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or revenue retention
- Exceptional track record in B2B sales, particularly in subscription and project-based environments
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce and communication tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of key CSM metrics including NRR, MRR, Churn, and renewals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
