Job Summary
Acting as the primary technical advisor for publishers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage relationships from onboarding to long-term growth, focusing on optimizing ad performance and resolving technical issues in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Own publisher relationships end-to-end, ensuring account success through onboarding and retention
- Serve as the primary technical contact and strategic advisor for premium and enterprise-level publisher accounts
- Proactively monitor ad performance and implement optimizations to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
- Understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including header bidding and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with CRM, project management, and support tools like HubSpot and Jira
