Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of named customers, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, ensure successful use of the PRM solution, and facilitate renewals and advocacy while providing ongoing technical support and strategic guidance.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class responsiveness and create a confident resolution experience for clients
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales processes and product roadmaps while advising on best practices
  • Own the customer contract and renewal process, maintaining communication about adoption trends and business plans
Required qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical aptitude with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software or similar platforms
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Channel marketing expertise is preferred
