Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Success Manager will partner with customers to drive engineering transformation, managing the customer lifecycle from implementation to renewal while ensuring product utilization and business alignment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle, focusing on implementation, program success, and renewals
- Create and maintain customer success plans, tracking success initiatives and account metrics
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of customer success processes and metrics
- Ability to engage with Executive and C-level stakeholders
- Experience in driving product utilization and business alignment
- Proficiency in forecasting and tracking renewals and account growth
