Job Summary
Leading the onboarding process for new schools, the full-time Customer Success Manager will ensure a smooth introduction to Lumi's platform, plan professional development sessions for educators, and build strong relationships with school stakeholders while working remotely in the US.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new schools and ensure impactful introductions to the platform
- Plan and execute professional development sessions for educators to integrate storytelling and technology
- Build and maintain relationships with educators, administrators, and district leaders, acting as a trusted partner
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, education program management, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Strong understanding of the unique needs of schools and districts
- Comfort with presenting in professional development settings and leading discussions with diverse audiences
- Familiarity with technology platforms and enthusiasm for learning and teaching new tools
