Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of innovative food, beverage, wellness, and beauty brands, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will build strong client relationships, educate clients on product features, and independently own customer retention while leveraging digital solutions to enhance shopper experiences.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build strong and positive client relationships through proactive communication and regular touchpoints
  • Become a product expert to educate and empower clients, driving brand engagement
  • Independently monitor client health and manage communication to proactively address potential churn risks
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, client services, or account management, preferably in digital media or retail
  • Familiarity with retail media platforms and shopper engagement tools
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to guide clients through strategic and technical conversations
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk
  • Organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple client needs in a fast-paced environment
