Job Summary
Proactively engaging with Elite and Enterprise accounts, the full-time Major Customer Success Manager will build customer relationships, promote product adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling solution use-cases and execute customer check-in schedules
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to define strategies for key customers and address customer needs
- Monitor customer health indicators and facilitate product training to enhance user adoption and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of related professional experience or equivalent education and experience
- 3-4 years of customer relationship management experience, preferably in technology or telecom sectors
- Proven track record of cross-disciplinary collaboration and effective stakeholder management
- Understanding of SD-WAN and UCaaS product suites
- Technical ability to engage with customers and build compelling product use cases
