Job Summary
Managing customer relationships, the full-time Customer Success Manager will focus on onboarding, retention, and driving product adoption in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation of products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive product improvements and engagement strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success or account management roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and customer lifecycle
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Experience in developing customer training programs
