Job Summary
Owning the economic buyer relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time Customer Value Advisor will drive value realization and expansion outcomes while engaging with C-suite executives and ensuring customer success throughout the lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the economic buyer relationship from initial forecast through renewal, ensuring continuity across the customer lifecycle
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships, conducting regular business reviews that connect customer outcomes to their Planview investment
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to advance qualified pipeline
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a strategic Customer Success Manager or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deal sizes
- Proven ability to engage in C-suite conversations and drive decisions
- Experience delivering value realization reviews or executive business reviews
- Strong commercial instinct with a track record of identifying expansion opportunities
- Management consulting or Value Engineering experience at a peer SaaS company is a strong plus
