Job Summary
Driving a customer success strategy, the full-time hybrid Customer Success Manager will enhance client relationships, minimize churn, and foster a customer-centric culture while ensuring customers receive maximum value from product offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a customer success strategy throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on retention and expansion
- Strengthen client relationships by acting as an advisor and champion for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to amplify the voice of the customer and drive product enhancements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role within the intellectual property sector
- Deep understanding of intellectual property law to enhance client relationships and drive product adoption
- Proven leadership experience in guiding high-performing customer success teams in B2B SaaS organizations
- Strong track record in crafting and implementing customer success strategies that drive growth and minimize churn
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
