Job Summary
To engage, retain, and grow small to mid-tier healthcare practices, the full-time Customer Success Manager will execute growth and retention campaigns, manage customer inquiries, and oversee contract renewals while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and optimize growth, retention, and feature-adoption campaigns for small group accounts using multi-channel digital tools
- Monitor customer health dashboards and leverage insights to proactively manage at-risk accounts and identify growth opportunities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and efficient issue resolution
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or customer-facing growth roles within healthcare SaaS or RCM platforms
- Interest in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or health operations
- Exposure to healthcare workflows or patient/provider engagement is a plus
- Experience or interest in CRM tools and campaign platforms
- Willingness to learn AI platforms for customer lifecycle engagement
