Job Summary

To engage, retain, and grow small to mid-tier healthcare practices, the full-time Customer Success Manager will execute growth and retention campaigns, manage customer inquiries, and oversee contract renewals while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize growth, retention, and feature-adoption campaigns for small group accounts using multi-channel digital tools
  • Monitor customer health dashboards and leverage insights to proactively manage at-risk accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and efficient issue resolution
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or customer-facing growth roles within healthcare SaaS or RCM platforms
  • Interest in healthcare SaaS, digital health, or health operations
  • Exposure to healthcare workflows or patient/provider engagement is a plus
  • Experience or interest in CRM tools and campaign platforms
  • Willingness to learn AI platforms for customer lifecycle engagement
