Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will own customer relationships, drive successful outcomes for mid-market and emerging customers, and manage renewal and upsell quotas while aligning with executive stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture partnerships with customer stakeholders, advocating for their needs and aligning with business objectives
- Guide customers toward achieving desired outcomes and facilitate regular check-ins to discuss ROI and future plans
- Proactively identify risks and manage escalations, ensuring customers realize value from the solutions provided
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, preferably in early-stage enterprise SaaS companies
- Proven track record of achieving renewal and upsell quotas
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in risk mitigation and escalation management, delivering measurable customer outcomes
- Technical fluency and comfort with automation and data-driven decision-making
