Job Summary

As a full-time remote Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will own customer relationships, drive successful outcomes for mid-market and emerging customers, and manage renewal and upsell quotas while aligning with executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and nurture partnerships with customer stakeholders, advocating for their needs and aligning with business objectives
  • Guide customers toward achieving desired outcomes and facilitate regular check-ins to discuss ROI and future plans
  • Proactively identify risks and manage escalations, ensuring customers realize value from the solutions provided
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields, preferably in early-stage enterprise SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal and upsell quotas
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in risk mitigation and escalation management, delivering measurable customer outcomes
  • Technical fluency and comfort with automation and data-driven decision-making
