Job Summary

As a full-time Customer Success Manager, the successful candidate will guide leading Consumer Goods, food & beverage, and retail brands through onboarding and training on the GoSpotCheck platform, driving adoption of AI capabilities while managing client relationships and portfolio health remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support to maximize the use of the GoSpotCheck platform
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on customer data to enhance platform configuration and address pain points
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions to reinforce the value of the partnership and track customer health metrics
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience managing B2B customers, preferably with Enterprise clients and a portfolio of $2M ARR or more
  • Proficiency in data analysis, including advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience or familiarity with AI, Image Recognition, or related technologies is a plus
