Job Summary
To drive long-term customer growth and success across a portfolio of US-based clients, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will act as a strategic partner, managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 2-3 key clients, building strong relationships through ongoing support and regular check-ins
- Coordinate timelines and manage workflows to ensure smooth delivery of research projects across internal teams
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with Sales to enhance the impact of customer insights
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in the market research or insights industry is a strong plus
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and based in the United States
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
