Job Summary
To drive long-term customer growth and success, the fully remote Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of US-based clients, acting as a strategic partner to maximize the value of their relationship with the company through project coordination, stakeholder management, and delivering impactful research solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for 2-3 key clients, building long-term relationships and providing ongoing support
- Coordinate project timelines and workflows to ensure smooth delivery of research projects across internal teams
- Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with Sales to expand customer insights across organizations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience in the market research or insights industry is a strong plus
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and based in Latin America
- Commercial mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities for customer partnerships
