Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of mid-market and growth accounts, the full-time Customer Success Manager will drive adoption, engagement, and value realization while working remotely and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and renewal readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring successful product adoption and value realization
- Monitor customer health signals, identifying risks and taking proactive actions to mitigate them
- Act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships and facilitating structured customer engagements
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or SaaS customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to independently manage a portfolio of mid-market or growth accounts
- Strong analytical skills to interpret usage and engagement data
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
