Job Summary
Driving long-term relationships and business growth, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of restaurant customers remotely, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and expansion of HungerRush's solutions through strategic engagement and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted advisor relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver tailored success plans using data-driven insights to track progress and monitor account health
- Identify early warning signs of disengagement or churn risk and take proactive actions to mitigate and restore customer health
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a consultative customer-facing role
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on relationship growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Comfort using data to drive recommendations and demonstrate business impact
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
