Job Summary
Supporting and growing a portfolio of Global Security customers, the full-time Customer Success Manager will manage onboarding, adoption, and retention efforts while building trusted relationships with security leaders and stakeholders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Global Security accounts as the primary post-sale contact, ensuring successful adoption and long-term engagement
- Deliver onboarding sessions and training programs while driving platform utilization and adoption through strategic engagement
- Own renewal and retention efforts, proactively addressing risks and identifying opportunities for account growth
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate security, intelligence, investigations, or related disciplines
- Experience using or evaluating commercial OSINT, investigative, or intelligence platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
- A customer-first mindset with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
