Job Summary
To support business growth in Central Europe, the full-time hybrid Customer Success Manager will manage a portfolio of Corporate and Enterprise accounts, ensuring high customer adoption and value from the platform while collaborating with the Central Europe Revenue team.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage Success & Value Realisation plans, aligning stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
- Oversee customer implementations of the platform, ensuring understanding and high adoption levels
- Drive customer engagement through presentations, best practice recommendations, and community development
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in customer success or account management within a software/SaaS company
- Proven track record managing Corporate and Enterprise accounts, focusing on adoption, satisfaction, and renewals
- Experience with AI customer engagement strategies and automation technologies
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify growth opportunities
