Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Customer Success Manager will develop strong customer relationships, manage the renewal process, and advocate for customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction while minimizing churn risk
- Own and execute the end-to-end renewal process, including leading renewal conversations and aligning on pricing
- Identify organic opportunities for product adoption and expansion, passing warm leads to the Account Management team
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role within a SaaS or HCM software company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and mitigate churn risk
- Strong understanding of customer needs and industry-specific knowledge related to HR and compliance
- Proven ability to foster collaborative partnerships across the organization
