Job Summary
Leading the Customer Success team, the full-time remote Manager of Customer Success will oversee operations, support team development, and enhance customer engagement to drive retention and product adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Customer Success projects and initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of objectives and outcomes
- Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for Customer Success team members
- Define and improve customer lifecycle processes and engagement touchpoints to enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related customer-facing role within a SaaS environment
- Experience leading teams and coordinating work across cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven track record in developing and improving customer lifecycle processes and engagement programs
- Strong analytical skills, utilizing data and performance metrics for decision-making
- Experience with customer success platforms, CRM systems, or customer health monitoring tools
