Job Summary
To enhance customer experience initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage assigned customer success programs, collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, and track customer data to improve overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the success of assigned customers and maintain the company's customer success strategy
- Coordinate multi-department customer analytics programs and provide effective communications regarding customer experience
- Collaborate with teams on products, support, and account management to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Three years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and develop client portfolios
- Customer-centric and team-centric mindset
