Job Summary

To enhance customer experience initiatives, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage assigned customer success programs, collaborate cross-functionally with various departments, and track customer data to improve overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the success of assigned customers and maintain the company's customer success strategy
  • Coordinate multi-department customer analytics programs and provide effective communications regarding customer experience
  • Collaborate with teams on products, support, and account management to enhance customer experience
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and develop client portfolios
  • Customer-centric and team-centric mindset
