Job Summary
To enhance customer experience across the organization, the full-time remote Customer Success Manager will manage customer success initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain customer relationship management programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the success of assigned customers and track customer data to improve interactions
- Coordinate with various departments to implement customer success strategies and minimize operational silos
- Provide effective communication regarding customer experience and collaborate on product and service delivery improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Three years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and develop client portfolios
- Customer-centric and team-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Excitement about collaborating with multi-disciplined departments to achieve common goals
